President’s Letter | Annual Membership Meeting & Agenda | 2027 Budget | Board Nominees | Conditional Members and Waitlist Members
Dear Fallston Club Families,
With the gates closed and another summer officially behind us, the Board of Directors and I want to begin by extending our sincere gratitude to our incredible employees and board members who worked tirelessly across the grounds and behind the scenes this season.
In particular, we want to give special thanks and recognition to our General Manager, Dave. Dave’s dedication, on-site presence, and daily efforts kept the club running smoothly throughout the summer.
We also express our sincere gratitude to our three board members who are terming out after 10 years of service to the Fallston Club: Heather Rockhill, Brian Taylor, and Michael Ginski. Their extensive work and exemplary stewardship over the past decade have left a lasting positive impact on our community.
Thank you to everyone who completed our 2026 End of Season Member Survey. As a member-owned club, your feedback provides our volunteer board with an essential compass for evaluating operations and setting priorities for the months ahead.
Across 189 member households, overall satisfaction reached 92.1%, with strong praise for our lifeguards, coaches, community events, and expanded cafe menu.
You also highlighted key operational friction points that we have also recognized. While our volunteer board and budget cannot resolve every issue, we are using your input to shape our off-season priorities.
Annual General Meeting & Elections
Fallston Club succeeds because of member-owners who step up to volunteer their time and energy. Please join us for our Annual General Meeting at 7pm on Thursday, November 12 at the Fallston Barrel House. We will present our proposed 2027 budget, outline which capital projects are feasible for the coming spring, and hold our board elections.
Thank you again for your membership, your candor, and your commitment to making Fallston Club better each year.
Thanks,
Jamie Myers
President, Fallston Club Board

FALLSTON CLUB BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ NOMINEES
Jimmy Benton
My name is Jimmy Benton, and I am excited to be considered for the Fallston Swim Club Board of Directors.
While my family has only been members of the club for the past two summers, it has quickly become one of our favorite places to spend time together. Within 30 seconds of walking through the gate for the first time, we realized the club is not just a pool, it’s a community. Through the club, we’ve built friendships with many families we originally met through our children’s school and sports activities, and we’ve formed plenty of new connections along the way.
Our daughters have become involved with the swim team, and my wife has volunteered at swim meets. Many nights and weekends, you can find us at the pool enjoying everything the club has to offer. Whether we’re attending a social event, cheering on the swim team, or simply spending time with friends and family, the club has become a big part of our summers.
Professionally, I’ve spent nearly 20 years in the commercial construction industry and currently serve as Director of National Construction for a large industrial real estate company. My role involves capital planning, budgeting, and coordinating projects across the country, which has helped me develop strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. I enjoy bringing people together, coordinating efforts, and turning ideas into successful projects and events
As someone who has enjoyed so many of the club’s activities and social events with my family, I would welcome the opportunity to give back and help continue building the fun, family-oriented atmosphere that makes Fallston Swim Club such a special part of our community.
Amy Cooper
My husband, son and I have been members since we moved to the Fallston area in 2018. We joined to make friends in our new town and that objective has been achieved!
Professionally, I am the Vice President of Asset Management for Kimco Realty, one of the largest owners and operators of high-quality, open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use properties in the United States. Though the job of Asset Management is sometimes difficult to define, my day is filled with making decisions to improve the value for 600 properties across the country. This can include dealing with retail tenants, negotiating monetary settlements, collaborating with other departments, or even picking out furniture for an apartment rooftop deck.
In summary, my family and I love coming to the Fallston Swim Club every summer and though I don’t think anything needs to change I’d be happy to serve on the Board to assist with any decisions.
Justin Halligan
My name is Justin Halligan, and for more than five years, my family and I have been proud members of Fallston Club. What started as a place to spend summer days has become so much more: a place where our daughter makes memories, neighbors become friends, and our community comes together.
If you’ve spent much time around Fallston Club, you’ve probably seen me there. I attend nearly every Fallston Club event, stay active in the community, and can often be found on the beach volleyball court rounding up a game on Sunday afternoons. Fallston Club has become a big part of our family’s life, and I’m running for the Board of Directors because I want to help give back to the community we’ve come to love.
Professionally, I bring experience in leadership, operations, and problem-solving. In my current public service role, I manage teams, oversee day-to-day operations, and tackle whatever challenges come through the door. I also spent more than five years managing food service operations, giving me hands-on experience with budgets, vendors, inventory, efficiency, and, most importantly, keeping people happy.
Faisal Morsi
My name is Faisal Morsi. We just enjoyed our first year at the club. My wife, Allison and I have two young boys, Oliver (6) and Teddy (3). The boys and I spent a majority of our summer playing soccer by the Gaga ball pit lol.
We see the Fallston Club as a great place for families to make memories, build friendships, and enjoy everything summer has to offer.
Professionally, I’m an entrepreneur with experience in real estate and business development. Through my work, I’ve developed a practical, results-oriented approach to solving problems, managing resources, and finding opportunities to improve how things operate.
I’m interested in serving on the Board because I want to help ensure the Fallston Club continues to be a great place for families for years to come. I would bring a fresh perspective, a willingness to listen to members, and a focus on practical ideas that improve the club while keeping the best interests of the members in mind.
Ralph Patton
Ralph is wrapping up his sixth year on the Fallston Swim Club Board and his family’s 12th year as members of the club. For the past two years, he has served as Vice President, and before that, he chaired the Capital Improvements Committee.
Much of Ralph’s work happens behind the scenes, from ensuring the club has proper insurance coverage to making sure the pool is prepared for health inspections. Known as the club’s handyman, Ralph can often be found fixing, building, or improving something at just about any hour of the day or night.
Throughout his years on the board, Ralph has focused on making as many improvements to the club as possible while remaining mindful of costs and keeping membership dues as affordable as possible. He believes in the power of volunteerism and encourages members to get involved whenever possible because, after all, we are all owners of the club.
Ralph takes great pride in the Fallston Swim Club and is committed to making it the best place for families to enjoy summer together. Some of the notable improvements he has helped bring to life include the nine-hole disc golf course, the volleyball gazebo and upgraded volleyball court, the shade sail picnic area near the back pool and tennis courts, water bottle filling stations, and the resurfacing of the basketball and tennis courts, including the addition of pickleball.
Ralph is also always willing to lend a hand wherever needed. The staff know they can count on him to jump in and help, no matter how messy the task may be — just ask anyone who works in the snack shack!
Ralph would appreciate the opportunity to continue serving the members of Fallston Swim Club by volunteering his time and experience on the board. He welcomes member participation, ideas, and feedback, believing that by working together, we can continue to make Fallston Swim Club a place where families gather, friendships grow, and lifelong memories are made.
Steve Riegger
I’ve been a member of the Fallston Club since 2020 and have been proud to serve on the Board since 2024. I’m excited to run for reelection and continue giving my time, experience, and energy to a Club that has become such an important part of our family and our community.
Since joining the Board, I’ve made it a priority to get involved and make an impact wherever I can. This year, as the Fallston Club’s Social Media and Communications Chair, I’ve taken the lead on the Club’s social media, helping keep members informed, connected, and engaged with everything happening throughout the Club. I also helped organize and run the Fishing Derby and make it a priority to be present and involved at as many Fallston Club events as possible.
Beyond events and communications, I’ve also worked to identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and make the most of the Club’s resources. I’m proud that I’ve been able to make a meaningful impact in a relatively short time, and I want to continue building on that momentum.
For me, being on the Board is about more than attending meetings. It’s about showing up, getting involved, listening to members, and being willing to pitch in wherever I can. I’ve really enjoyed being part of the events and traditions that bring our members and families together, and I want to continue helping create the kind of community that keeps people coming back.
Outside of the Fallston Club, I volunteer as a youth soccer and baseball coach and enjoy giving back to the local community and creating positive experiences for kids both on and off the field.
Professionally, I bring more than 13 years of property management experience, with a background in operations, budgeting, maintenance, capital improvements, vendor management, and overseeing large residential portfolios. That experience has given me a practical, business-minded perspective that I bring to the Board, particularly when it comes to managing resources, improving operations, and finding ways to get more value for our members.
If reelected, I want to continue building on the impact I’ve already made and remain a Board member who is present, involved, and willing to do the work. I want to help keep members informed, support the events and traditions that make the Club special, find opportunities to operate more efficiently, and help the Fallston Club continue moving forward while maintaining the sense of community that makes it unique.
I’m proud of what I’ve been able to contribute so far, and I’d be honored to have your vote to continue serving the members of the Fallston Club.
Taylor Wood
My name is Taylor Brown Wood, and my family and I have been members of The Fallston Club since 2022.
My connection to the club runs much deeper, however, as my parents first became members in 1996 after both working as lifeguards at the club during their teenage years.
Growing up, my sisters and I spent countless summers at The Fallston Club as members of the swim team, creating memories and friendships that have lasted a lifetime. I later had the privilege of serving the club for eight years as a lifeguard, supervisor, and assistant manager.
My involvement also extended to the Fallston Fins swim team, where I served as an assistant coach for five years and head coach for three summers.
A 2007 graduate of Fallston High School, I went on to compete as an NCAA Division I swimmer at Marshall University in West Virginia. I graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care and spent 13 years working in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Johns Hopkins Hospital. In September 2025, I transitioned to WellSpan York Hospital, where I now serve as Manager of the Mechanical Circulatory Support Program. My husband, CJ, is also a Marshall graduate and currently works for the Department of Defense at Aberdeen Proving Ground. Together, we have called Harford County home for the past 14 years, including the last six years here in Fallston.
After joining the board in 2022, I have dedicated my time to numerous initiatives, including beautification projects and social events such as the Ice Cream Social and Family Movie Nights. In January 2024, I expanded my involvement by joining the Executive Board as Secretary, a position I continue to hold today.
My son, Remington (7), joined the swim team in 2024, with my daughter, Wellesley (5), following in 2025.
Since 2024, I have served as Swim Team Liaison to the Board and as The Fallston Club’s representative to the Harford Swim League. I have also helped coordinate the swim team concession stand for the past two seasons.
It is incredibly important to me that Remy and Wellsie have the same opportunities to grow, play, learn, and build lifelong friendships at The Fallston Club that my sisters and I enjoyed. I would be honored to continue serving on the Board of Directors and look forward to helping ensure that The Fallston Club remains a thriving, welcoming, and family-centered community for generations to come.
