The Fallston Club is always in search of motivated, and qualified employees who are willing to work full time over the summer season. Our primary need is Red Cross Certified Lifeguards, preferably 16 years and older. In addition, CPR and First Aid certification must also be current.

Besides lifeguards, we also hire concession employees who work in our snack bar. Again, we prefer 16 year olds but will hire younger if necessary. A willingness to work hard and a pleasant disposition is required.

Finally, we also have need for a few Entrance Gate employees who must be at least 16 years old and possess a strong yet pleasant character.
